Sublime is looking for a Publisher Sales Director, to spearhead our new business efforts with the most strategic Publishers in the UK. The Publisher Sales Director will play a principal role in driving our team’s approach to evangelising, closing and driving adoption of Sublime’s product suite across the Publisher landscape. This person will own strategic responsibilities for new business tactics and pipeline development, whilst championing customer needs to Sublime Product and Technology teams.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of selling to enterprise Publishers, working in long sales cycles, obtaining executive agreement from all levels of seniority and demonstrating strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities.

• Develop a deep knowledge of your publisher partners, their business, and their business objectives. Become the expert within Sublime on these important existing and potential partners • Identify opportunities to partner with your publisher clients, drive significant value for them, and leverage the strengths of the entire suite of Sublime products • Lead all aspects of a publisher relationship. This will include executive meetings, business development discussions, contract negotiations, account planning, technology planning, and long-term opportunity identification.

About You

• Strong knowledge and familiarity with Publisher business models, ad serving, ad exchanges, RTB, PMP, video and mobile ad technologies focused on driving publisher value • Experience working with complex business terms, technology integrations, and across an organization • Strong set of existing relationships with leading digital publishers at the decision-making level • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong business judgment and professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding all goals, developing business development strategy and leading successful partnerships with top tier publishers • Passionate about a culture of learning and teaching. You love challenging yourself to constantly improve, and sharing your knowledge to empower others • You like to take risks when looking for novel solutions to complex problems. If faced with roadblocks, you don’t rest until you have found a way through them.
